Return/Exchange Policy

Due to Collar At Ya closing down, all sales are final and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Collar At Ya! only uses your information to communicate and provide our services to you, which includes: shipping/tracking of our order, processing payment, offering products for sale, targeted marketing and keeping you up to date on any new services, promotions and new products. Collar At Ya! does not sell your information to any third parties. 

 

Shipping Policy

We offer flat rate $10 standard and tracked shipping for orders Australia wide with Australia Post. Due to a high volume of orders during our closing down sale please allow 2 weeks for your order to be posted, which may vary pending workload and availability. Additional can be paid to upgrade to Express Post with Australia post. We are happy to post internationally, for pricing please contact us at collaratya@outlook.com



Warranty/Defective Product Policy

We are proud to make high quality products for you and your Furbaby however, as all of our products are handmade mistakes can happen. If an error has been made on our behalf during it will be fixed on our behalf. Items being returned must remain UNALTERED and by the purchaser in order to be accepted. 

Due to Collar At Ya closing down, all products will no longer be covered under warranty.

 

 

Cancellation/Amendments Policy
